Dont have access to drivetime data. But partially completed challenge. Might be helpful for someone.

Don't have TomTom 2016 US, but I do have TomTom AU, so I improvised a little 😀

Don't have US drivetime data.

Do have Australian / New Zealand drivetime data.

Made dummy dataset in Australia to recreate the scenario instead.

Solved with a guesstimated distance of 11.75 which got me close enough to the sample result.

I left polygon in there to show what I came up with too.
