still need some more practice with the multi row formula tool!

Date transform Tool did not work well at first, so i made a formula that create da string of the date in the format YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS and then converted this into a datetime. Using DateDiff, "seconds", and the multi row formula, we were able to derive the difference between previous and current. then those that had a seconds value greater than 0 and less than 30 were flagged.
