I took a slightly different approach than some, and it was probably messier, but I got there eventually.

Always fun to solve using Spatial Tools.

 

Solved it differently using Multi-Row Formula Tool and Cross Tab.

 

The solving thrill continues!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
