I'll be honest, I had to look at the solution to get hints at what to do next. I did try it again though to get a better understanding.

I was able to use the Find and Replace Tool to add in the shipping method, but then I was confused about how to the Transpose and Cross Tab tools. It never occurred to me that I would need to use them one after the other. Next, I didn't realize that I would have to use the Join Tool to stitch everything together. Although I guess it makes sense after contemplation. Finally, I still don't understand the purpose of using the Summarize Tool to narrow things down. The Formula Tool I understood though... I have a lot to learn! haha
