Here's my solution!

I have a total of 208 records vs. the 10 records in the solution. I didn't think that the directions were clear on what to do with the records that didn't join between the two input files, so I combined all of the ones that didn't join. Now I have data for all of the orders, whether or not they are associated with employees listed in the initial state file.
