First I set the date and time to be uniform, Then I joined the two data set together using the join tool. Then I used the formula tool to caluculate the days difference between order and shipping dates. While also using the formula to calculate the subtotals. Then I used the summarize tools to organize the data by date and find the min values as well as count the data.
