The approach for the Exercise 2 is as follow:

 

1. Union - To extract data from two dataset without duplicates

2. Text 2 Column- For 3rd dataset, I choose text 2 Column to convert the data into 5 different columns with separator

3. Select tool: Here I changed the column names and deselect the unwanted one.

4.Join tool: Now I join 3 datasets using Join but here we get the duplicates

5. Select tool: So I use Select tool to get joined data in a same place.

6. Unique tool: As we select the unique tool, it removed the duplicates and we get our required data.

I used the union tool to blend the data vertically. Then unique to remove duplicates.

I used text to columns to split the data into 4 rows and i used the select function to rename the rows. 

I used the join to combine the user details using customer ID.
