Not sure I agree with the results of this analysis. The Unique Tool is good if you are trying to get rid of duplicate values and those values aren't numeric in nature or something you might want to sum up. In this example, the way the tool was used eliminated some of the transactions Customer ID 787 lost 100 Annual Transactions because his name appeared twice in the list. If the analysis was to sum up Annual Transactions this would have been incorrect.
