Completed this by firstly taking the input tool then attached it to select to and removed the columns and changed the name to Transcations and then filtered the data and took top 5

Start - Select (deselect unwanted columns) - Filter (Region - South) - Sort (TransInYear - Desc) - Sample (First 5 rows) - Output
