step1 - first we used the 'select' tool and further dropped 'weakly sales' and 'store volume'.

step2- secondly according to the requirements we filtered the 'south' region.  

step3-  then we sorted the annual transactions in descending order.

step4-  lastly in sampling we selected 'n' no. of rows where n = 5
