I decided to use the report date instead of the actual date the report was created on. It made more sense as the tests were performed on a snap shoot of the data at a specific point in time.
I had a hard time retuning the concatenated result with one of the "IF" conditions, and found out that report date was missing for the rows with the issues. I also checked if new hires accessed before their start date. Fun project, looking forward to other ones!
