Hi Team, 

My results are different with the exercise solution as the Date of report is used as of the date I complete the exercise. Hence, instead of "Upcoming" status, I noted "Need to Update" for the new hires that doesn't have Access Level information. Besides, I enjoyed working on the exercise and learnt a lot from it.
