The most thought provoking thing I've heard so far during Inspire was when DJ Patil said you must have empathy to be able to ask the right questions. He gave us personal anecdotes about he got there, and I really related. Living a shared experience helps you to know what your community needs when there's a crisis, or when you're working together for the greater good.
