Hello,

I was attempting to follow the directions to implement this program and there is a piece in the video "power automate form submission" where you refer to the JSONG parse and the schema for the screengrab field. You mention that you need to instruct the JSONG tool on what the content will look like. You mention the schema is in the excel spreadsheet that has the field mapping. Do you know where we can get a hold of that spreadsheet that has the field mapping?

Has anyone created something similar with Power BI or another solution? My company doesn't use Tableau and I'm struggling to create this in PowerBI.

A group of Community members built a workflow to read Alteryx profiles and get information such as our User Ranks, our badges, and our certifications here: https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Alteryx-Community-Ideas/Collecting-Alteryx-Community-Self-Data/idi-p/1159777

It also has a time series element to it to when one gets the badges! Hopefully this can be integrated into your idea as well!

Hey @caltang ,

Thanks for the feedback! We know there are some further automations possible, but we choose not to The reason we want people to submit, they have an opportunity to add their reflections on the challenge which increases the stickiness of the new techniques they have learnt - i.e. it improves learning efficacy. In addition, our ambassadors can then reinforce the demonstrated behaviours by replying with messages of encouragement.

If companies don't have time to do this step, automation like you've suggested can help. But important to understand the trade off.

Fully agree with you! We see the benefits also with people self reporting. But in my case, our scale is just too large for self-reporting, afraid the system just crashes to a wall haha.
