Alteryx Certification - Access denied

Dear all, I have tried to log in to the page for list of certifications see link below: Alteryx Analytics Gallery | Sign Up/Sign In

but I am getting an error for acces that is forbiden. Is there any assumption/prequisities to get access? Thank you. SN Sokol.
