Running Workflows/Apps Remotely w\o use of Gallery

Hey guys,

If I wanted to provide the ability for someone to (remotely) run one of a handful of workflows on my server (using their own data) via REST API, would Alteryx server be the simplest way to do it?

Was curious whether there are some existing lightweight solutions or some that could be created without a large time investment -- creating a comprehensive REST API is likely out of the question.

Just want to see if there are any potential options I've missed before dedicating myself to long-term Alteryx server maintenance.

Hi @CodyPedersen - Yes, Alteryx Server is capable to meet your described requirements. You can either publish Alteryx Apps and let a user to interact with the Gallery, or you can create an API client. Fully functional API C# and JavaScript clients can be found in the API documentation: https://gallery.alteryx.com/api-docs/
