Welcome to the Customer Success and Services Leadership Forum. We are excited to have you as a partner working closely with Alteryx to provide your customers and ours with the best experience on their Alteryx journey. This forum's purpose is to bring you closer to our CSS (Customer Success & Services) leadership team and allow you to ask questions, get information, and receive answers directly from the CSS Leadership team. 

This forum should only be used for questions regarding the subject labels provided. Any other questions can be posted in the Partner Discussions area. If you have technical questions or need Support, please post it to the general community in the appropriate area or use the Case Portal to contact Support. 

We hope this forum allows you to get closer to our CSS leadership team and helps all partners with Customer Success and Services questions. 

Here is how this forum works: 

Each label is subscribed to by one of the CSS leadership members. For example, the CSS Support label is subscribed to by our Support leadership. When using a label in your post, this leader will receive an email telling them that a message has been posted using the label they have subscribed to. The leader then knows the post is there and can respond as needed. 

You can also subscribe to the label so that you do not miss any of the conversation happening between partners and the CSS leadership. 

Here is how to subscribe to a label: 

1. In the posted list area, you will see a list of labels on the right-hand side. Select the label you want to subscribe to.
2. Once you have selected the label, a new screen will show all the posts that contain that label.
3. To subscribe to the label, select "Subscribe" in the blue banner. 

You are now subscribed to the label. 

You can also change how and when you are notified of messages from the label by going to My Profile.

2. Select My Profile 
3. Select Edit Profile 
4. Subscriptions & Notifications 
5. Notification Settings 
6. Here you can change your General Settings as well as Email Notifications. 

How to Delete a Subscription: 

1. Select your avatar 
2. Select My Profile 
3. Select Edit Profile 
4. Subscriptions & Notifications 
5. My Subscriptions 
6. Choose the labels or topics you wish to remove. 
7. Select Email Subscriptions Options 
8. Choose “Delete Selected Subscriptions”
