    Description

    This tool can be used to move or copy a file in Windows from one file location to another. If the destination file location has an existing file, it will be replaced by the new file from the source file location. This tool requires a healthy Python Environment and permissions to the starting and ending file locations in Windows. Can be used as a replacement for the Alteryx Run Tool & BAT Scripts.

     

    Validated in Alteryx Designer for versions 2020.1 - 2022.1.

     

    Tool is build using the Alteryx Python Tool & the SHUTIL module.
