Email event setup to send a summary image

Good day all,

I am trying to set up an email event that would contain a summary image in the body of the email and then attach an output file with all of the data users would need to investigate their information further.

 

Is anyone familiar with how to bring in a table, create an image and then include that image in the body of an email event?
