Alteryx Analytics Cloud Platform
In March, we announced the release of Private Data Handling, which provides our customers with more flexibility in how their data is handled and stored. This new split-plane solution enables private storage and processing of internal data while application experiences and metadata are processed in the hosted SaaS application.
Private Data Handling combines flexibility with security
With this new architecture, organizations can immediately capture the benefits of new, innovative Alteryx product features and functions on the hosted architecture, combined with the compliance, security, and governance of an on-premises solution. For more information, check out our Private Data Handling Solutions Brief and White Paper.
Alteryx Machine Learning
Beginning in March, the Machine Learning team is releasing multiple improvements to the user experience and flow of our flagship AutoML product. Over the next couple of months, we are going to release additional updates that will make the process easier, clearer, and provide more information right on the screen.
The new Problem Setup step simplifies the process of getting ready to build your model.
For the March improvement, you’ll notice some big changes right when you open a new project with the new Problem Setup step. With this change, we’re making it easier than ever to upload data, select what you want to predict, and select what kind of machine learning problem you have. You’ll even notice Machine Learning will describe each modeling technique and suggest a method.
