wscript.exe macro.vbs not working on gallery after windows server update

Hello,

After upgrade from windows server 2011 to windows server 2019, and reinstalling Alteryx Server on the machine, I'm unable to make a macro.vbs work with Run Command (wscript.exe).

The workflow with the macro.vbs runs fine on designer on the same machine, and the machine have all permissions to I/O folder, but when uploading to gallery and run, the workflows freeze in this tool and doesn't go forward, also don't give me the error cause.

Any Ideas?

Can you run a basic cmd script writing a file or creating an empty folder for example?

Have you checked which user is running Alteryx Server?

yes, other options on Run command tool are running fine on Server.

The user running server is the same of the machine.
