Hi All,

 

Can anyone please help me with resolving below issue?

As per my research, we need to check the Events tab and run command for creating a bat file. But please I am struggling to create one bat file file and run this command and resolve this issues. Please help me with this.

Hi Ariharan,

Thanks for responding. But unfortunately I dont have alteryx.config file in the Alteryx/bin/..infact I dont even have server folder in it.

Please check with your IT team that manages the Alteryx server. They might have an idea about this.
