Hi! I have a general question about publishing and downloading workflows to and from Gallery. I have individuals on my team who need to download workflows from Gallery to Designer but I would like to restrict their ability from publishing (overwriting) workflows that I have published. Is this possible?

Hey @ACharChar ,

 

One option is for you to include these workflows in a collection and share the collection with the users. As long as these users have no access to the private studio where the workflows are located, they won't be able to overwrite the workflows, only create a copy of the workflow to their studios.
