WorkFlow results

Hi Community, I recently installed Alteryx Server in my company and just starting to make it work. But I stumble an issue, I cannot figure out where to check the status of all workflows that were shared to me in the different collections. 

 

When I go to WorkFlow results I only see the ones that I uploaded. I need to have just 2 members of the team checking the health of all process not every single one of them checking what they uploaded, is this possible?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to see the status of jobs triggered from other users. You can only see job results from others when it is a schedule that have been shared with you, and you will only see the scheduled results, not the manual runs.
