Unable to save workflows to gallery from local machines (designer) after recent upgrades

Our users are unable to upload workflows with data sources from either c drive , mapped drives, or SharePoint.

 

The server machine can upload from c drive and mapped drives. We have not tested SharePoint on the server machine yet. Any ideas why this would happen?
