Is there a limitation as to how many workflows can be uploaded to a company's Server once set up? Or is it theoretically infinite?

I believe that it is infinite, provided you have the licensing for it.

Yes, it is infinite. Workflows can be uploaded to the gallery until server capacity runs out. 😉
