Scheduled task get executed more than once

Hi Team,

Post upgrade to 2018.4 some of scheduled tasks are getting executed more than once & report get published again and again. Can you please help us here.

Refer below screenshot where report get published more than once whereas we have scheduled task for only once per day. (If we check in schedule result window we are able to see only latest execution instance)

We are facing the same issue with our workflows and alteryx: v 2020.3

have you got any fix or workaround for this.
