Hi All,
Our Alteryx Server environment does not have direct access to the Internet. We are using a proxy server.
This setup is working fine for the tools (for example: Publish to Tableau Server) that are present out of the box.
We are facing a proxy related problem for the tools that we installed Manually.
Recently, we installed Adobe Analytics tool and Tableau Output tool. We have given the necessary proxy details and added the required exceptions. However, we are still facing the error "Error Transferring Data: Failure when receiving the data from Peer" and cannot move forward.
We also tried playing around with the proxy settings in "Designer => User Settings" but no luck so far.
Is there any proxy configurations that should be added/modified for the tools that are installed manually?
