Pages take a long time to load in Alteryx Gallery

Hi everyone,

We're encountering significant delays in Gallery responsiveness, particularly when transitioning between pages. For instance, there's a noticeable load when opening collections as it takes quite some time for the collection list to appear.

Our current Alteryx version is 2023.2.

Hi @NurulAtikah ,

This could be caused by the number of simultaneous users accessing your Gallery at once, number of workflows being executed at once or the AMP engine enabled when the number of cores isn`t ideal.

Could this be the reason? Let me know.

The problem persists even when I solely access the Gallery. Collection taking a longer time to appear as below.

I suggest you reach out to Alteryx support through the Case Portal so they can analyze what is happening. With no access to your server, I would only be guessing.
