Not seeing users in Admin

I just upgraded from 2020.2 to 2020.3.5. I cannot see Users under the Users tab, but I can see that there are the 12 expected users in the Diagnostic tab. Any ideas before I open a ticket?

Clearing the browser cache resolved the issue.

From my experience with 2020.3, the Users page takes forever to load.  Keep in mind this is with ~400 users, but it's nearly unbearable to wait for the records to populate.
