MongoDB database credentials "Not Available"

Hi there, 

After a recent upgrade, we're trying to query a MongoDB, but the credentials are showing as "Not Available" in Alteryx System Settings.

Has anyone come across this before, and if so how did you solve it?

Is your Gallery normally working?

Please inform the previous and current versions of your upgrade.

Hi @fmvizcaino yes Gallery is up and running, the upgrade went from 21.1 to 22.3.

Never seen this error before and I haven`t found anything talking about this on the release notes or the community. I suggest you reach out to Alteryx Support (Case Portal) to see if they know what is really going on. 

Please follow up here if you find a solution to this issue.

For now, you can get the MongoDB password using this command.
