MongoDB Restoration - Gallery URL not accessible

Hi All, 

We have installed Alteryx Server 2022.1.1 and are attempting to restore the MongoDB data from 2021.3.3 (No issues while restoring). There are no locks in the database and we can query it, but the gallery URL is not available.

Has anyone encountered the same problem at any point?

Is this a user-managed MongoDB instance or are you using a built-in one?

The information provided is not sufficient to determine the issue. You will have to look into the Gallery logs to find out more information. A tip is to always run the pre-upgrade check app to avoid any issues when migrating the database.

Hi @gabrielvilella , 

Please note that we are not upgrading the server from one version to another version. We performed the restoration of the Lower version MongoDB data into a Higher version of the server. 

Here I am referring lower version is 2021.3.3 and the higher version is 2022.1.1
