We recently installed a new Alteryx Server 2022 on a server machine. We also have Alteryx Server 2019 available on a different server machine.
We have a VPN installed on our systems as we are working from home . When we try to access the 2019 gallery via VPN, it loads without any problem .But when we loads 2022 gallery , we are faced with slowness and freezed pages i.e. gallery loads very slowly and takes around a couple of minutes to load. Sometime the page freezes and even after waiting for 10 minutes or so it doesn't loads, and we have to hit refresh in order to load it again. This happens only with 2022 gallery . We have used edge and google chrome both and the issue is the same.
Can someone help me in understanding what might be the problem here ?
