Error: D macro (6): Tool #1: Internal Error in Task Factory : Get Processing Task: "Database call has failed."

 

Facing this issue in macros ,after version upgrade to 2024.2 . 

 

Does anyone has any clue about same ?

@Sanskriti22 I'm not sure if this is related to what you are experiencing as this article is not specific to Macros https://knowledge.alteryx.com/index/s/article/Error-Database-call-has-failed

 

That said, when you upgrade and run into unexpected errors with workflows, tools, or processes that used to work with no error you can log into my.alteryx.com and open a Customer Support Case.
