Error in uploading an App onto a Gallery

I am trying to upload an Alteryx App onto a company gallery and saw this error message.

What does it mean??

And the app uploaded onto the gallery but when I run it, I encountered this error....

This error typically results when an Anti-virus or Security policy is blocking the Alteryx process engine. You will need to work with someone at your company that has the ability to whitelist the Alteryx process.

The way you do this is dependent upon what Anti-virus software and version of Windows Server is running on the machine.
