Downtime in alteryx server

Hi,

I scheduled jobs in alteryx gallery. However jobs are running fine for 2 consecutive days but on 3th day its causing following error. But once I restart server then job runs fine without error. Why this is happening? Also during this time I am not able to see jobs in collections panel. Bottom line is that alteryx server going to downtime for certain duration automatically once in 2 days. Can someone please advise regarding this?

Can you please check the runtime of the workflow when it finishes.This link might be helpful.

Also please do provide the Versions of both Tableau and Alteryx.
