Could not connect to Amazon S3 server from Gallery

Hi ,

 

I am using Amazon S3 Download tool and able to process the data in my Designer ( as Administrator as well)

But after publishing in Gallery i am getting below error.

 

Error sending request: [Couldn't connect to server] Failed to connect to s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com
port 443: Timed out

 

Is there any settings that needs to be done in Gallery for my workflow to execute and connect to S3.

Please help.

hey @preethisisaac 

It sounds to me that security settings on your server will be blocking the request. The error 'Timed Out' suggests it was unable to make a connection to amazon S3. You should be able to validate this if you try to open amazon s3 in your browser on the server.

I would suggest taking a look at the security settings on the server - or asking your IT team to ensure that connection to S3 is permitted.
