Alteryx Service Start Error

i am running into an issue while starting the alteryx service 

Error : Gallery Service failed to start in a timely fashion, exiting.

Alteryx team, can you please let me know if anyone can help me?

I am having the same issue. I have a LastStartupError log file that says "Gallery Service failed to start in a timely fashion, exiting." I have only installed Alteryx Designer before and not sure what is wrong with the Gallery setup.

Solved this issur with the following: I had to add the port in my Gallery URL in the base URL of System Settings, as I was using another port in the RunTimeSettings.XML which is located in ProgramData.

Gallery URL Example: http://localhost:343/gallery

I already have port added in my RunTimeSettings.XML then also gallery services are not starting and I'm getting error as "Gallery Service failed to start in a timely fashion, exiting." Please help
