Alteryx Server (Integrated Windows Authentication) Installation Error

Question

Hi Alteryx Community,

I tried to install Alteryx Server using the 'Integrated Windows Authentication' and unfortunately, I am unable to set for the 'Default Gallery Administrator'. Please find the error screenshot attached for additional reference.

Installation path (changed to): E:\Program Files\Alteryx

Account network credentials tried (all test producing the same error);

Test #1 (domain/username) - referring to Alteryx Systems Setting 'Help & Info'

Hi @mdhaziiiq ,

When configuring the gallery admin, by inserting the correct domain and the first letters of an account, Alteryx automatically start showing the possible users. If that is not working, I imagine it is due to problem connecting Alteryx to your active directory.

That said, I think the better and faster solution is to open a ticket with support and let them analyze your logs.
