Alteryx Server - File Browse available but Folder Browse is not?

Hi everyone, hoping to get some insight into why the Folder Browse tool cannot be used on the Alteryx Gallery, but the File Browse interface tool can? We've had a couple users frustrated with the folder browse tool not being available. 

Any best practices you have around inputting files to workaround not using the Folder Browse would be appreciated as well! (If any other than the text input)
