Alteryx Gallery - The application could not be found & File upload error

Hi All, 

 

Our business users often encounter error messages like the one displayed below when attempting to access the application on their browser. What could be the cause of this error message?

 

Server version: 2022.1.1
Authentication: Integrated Windows authentication
