Adding new users and setting permissions in Alteryx Gallery

Hi All,

Request your support on my below requirement. Attached doc gives info on the current settings in Alteryx Gallery.

The version of Alteryx installed is 10.5.9

The user names used below are with reference to the screen shots provided in attached doc.

- A developer (M Basavanna) has developed and published an App in Alteryx Gallery in his Private Studio named "Members" and moved to a collection named "test".

- This Collection "test" should be accessed by other end users (Eg. Rashmi) for running the workflow only. Hence this user should have permissions only to run workflow and not any admin related permissions like change or delete workflow etc in the entire gallery.

The main requirement is that this end user (Rashmi) should have necessary role to only run the workflows within collections that are given access to without any admin activities.

Hence need step by step info on how to add this new user with what permissions, subscriptions set in order to achieve the above requirement.

This tells you how to set up admin privs in a collection.... so it makes sense that by not doing this you'd deny making someone an admin.
