Hi All,
I tried to update the Alteryx server version from 2021.3.3 to 2022.3.1 After downloading and starting to install, it asked me to uninstall the old version 2021.3.3, but it's been 7 hours, and still no progress with the uninstallation part.
Has anyone faced this issue and if so what caused it to take so long.?

I have not seen this specific issue before - usually the uninstall process is pretty quick.
My suggestion would be to investigate this route:

But with it being presumably a production Server Environment, I would recommend navigating the Alteryx Support route:

I just encountered the same issue when trying to install designer.
Did you find a solution to this problem?
We encountered the same issue when upgrading from 2022.1 to 2023.2. I found a designer process was still active in the task manager. After killing the process the installer did start
