SharePoint Error - Version was not found in Alteryx distribution.

Hi,

 

I installed the SharePoint connector to import files to SharePoint, but I am getting an error.

 

Version 3.10 was not found in our alteryx distribution. Please selection another version.

Internal Error - Deadlock detected (@1)

 

I attached my Alteryx version and the error I got. Is there any way to fix this problem?

You need to install a newer version of Alteryx, and the error message will disappear.

What if your server is running on old version and you cannot install a new version of Alteryx. How do you resolve this?
