quick selection icon vs hit box

It looks like the individual icons are left aligned in the surrounding hit box instead of being centered.  When clicking just a few pixels left of the save button it will result in clicking the open workflow button.

@Qiu I am working in Designer on the desktop.  Why don't they have a label for just 'Designer' vs Designer Cloud'
