Outlook Tool Email Body

Can anyone help me with pulling in the data of an email body into my workflow using the Outlook Tool.

Hi @Fiona99 

Are you trying to pull the text body information? Use the Text Body option.

This will give you everything in regular text format instead of the XML format that you would need to parse it out.
