Loading .xlsb file into Alteryx version 2019.4.8

Dear Community,

Iam using Alteryx Designer version : 2019.4.8 .But it does not have option to load .xlsb file . Any help how to do this .

Just drag the file from where ever it is onto designer canvas and Alteryx should be able to open it

May be i will explain in detail. When i use the input tool to load .xlsb file , i don't find it in folder . That means alteryx is unable to recognize the file. Any clue .

Thats the point, don't use the input toll to add the XLSB file.

Just drag the XLSB file onto canvas and see if it works.

if not, what is the office version? 365?

install access driver for office

Hmmm .. that's tricky ... can't download at client's machine .

this driver is required for you to be able to use the XLSB file. Go log a call with IT helpdesk to install the driver. Else use by saving it as XLSX if you dont want to go to IT as you do not have admin rights on laptop. Good Luck
