Input files on the Gallery

Hi There,

I want to add a workflow to the gallery. It has two excel input files. 

What do I use and how do I make adding them two excel files automated?  I want the user to go to the gallery, input the latest two excel files and run the workflow. 

I as using these icons, but not sure how to link or what I need to do.

Great that's exactly what I needed - thank you.  I am facing another issue, but it's a server issue.
