Extracting only Numbers from a cell ( which also contains letters &Underscores)

Hi All ,

 

Hoping this is an easy one,

How do i extract only the numbers from "Current" Column 

 

CurrentExpectedOutcome

@Masond3 If that is the case, then the approach using the Cleansing Tool will not work as it will capture any number before the underscore.
