sharepoint list output

Hi Team,

I am trying to write an excel file to a sharepoint list and to be able to change or create a person column. I am trying multiple ways but not able to. I am able to upload the  list but cant change the column type from text to person. Is there a way we can do it using alteryx or any other suggestions ?

I can make any format of the column as needed. Currently i am using first name last name. What i want is SPO to detect the name of the column as a person field
